Return and Exchange

Due to the nature of the items that we sell, we don’t allow any return or exchange of items.  Though we always make sure that outmost checking of quality is done before passing the products to our third party shipping provider.

International Delivery and Order

Our online store only operate inside Papua New Guinea. As of now we are not accepting international orders. If you made a mistake by ordering and you are not in Papua New Guinea, please contact us immediately.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use air freight for provincial orders, and door to door delivery on orders from Port Moresby

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

It will take 2 – 5 business days

How Do I Track My Order?

Once we received the order, we will email you with confirmation. After we completed the order processing we will then, email or message you with a tracking number from 3rd party courier

How Do I Place an Order?

Placing an order is as easy as counting 1 to 3. Just select a product and click it and follow the order process.
