Choose Your Products Online

  • Choose your mobile phone or other products and click “Add to Cart” Complete the steps in the checkout process.
  • Select a Fone Haus outlet in which you want your purchase to be collected

Online Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation for your order to confirm that your order has been placed. When your order is available to pick up you will get an email or phone notification. If it is urgent please call us on +675 72005662 or send us an email at info@fonehaus.com.pg, in most case we can arrange same day pickup.

Pick Up Your Order In Store

  • Bring a copy of your order confirmation email (on phone is fine), as well as a valid government-issued ID. (Driver’s License etc). Let our friendly staff know you are looking to pick up an order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

FAQ

  • Can someone pick up on my behalf?
    Yes, but you need to provide authorization letter signed by you along with a photo of your government-issued ID, and photo of the credit card/debit card used
  • How long do I have to pick up my order?
    If you have not paid for your order we recommend that you pick it up within 3 days of it being available. If you are not able to pick up in that time, please let us know, we might be able to hold it a little longer for you. If you have already paid, you can pick it up at your convenience.
  • I’ve changed my mind, and don’t want it anymore
    We don’t offer a refund or exchange.
  • I can’t come to pick it up, but I still want it, can I change to shipping?
    Please contact us, our staff will be able to assist you.
