What is Click & Collect?

Fone Haus Click & Collect is a great service that allows you to collect your online order from a selected Fone Haus store. This is a free service and there are no delivery charges.
If your order is placed before 2pm on a business day, you can pick up your order on the same day.

Where is Click & Collect available?

Click & Collect is currently available in Port Moresby at Fone Haus Waigani, Vision City and Boroko Fone Haus stores. (Please refer Terms & Conditions for further information.)

Fone Haus offers Collection or Delivery choices to suit you.
Fone Haus locations currently offering the Click & Collect service are:
1. Vision City, (Store Operating Hours 9 – 9pm 7 days a week)
2. Boroko (Store Operating Hours Monday – Friday 9 – 5pm and Saturday 9 – 1pm)
3 Waigani (Store Operating Hours Monday – Friday 9 – 5pm and Saturday 9 – 1pm)
Please note that Click & Collect pick up & Express Delivery services are available subject to the Order Cut Off times. For Delivery 12pm and Same Day Collection 1pm.

How does Click and Collect work?

When you purchase in-stock products from the Fone Haus website and select the Click & Collect option, you will receive a “ready to pick up” email notification from the specified Fone Haus location
advising that your purchase is ready to be picked up from your selected Fone Haus location in as little as 3 hours. Terms & Conditions apply, including your order is placed before 1pm (the same day Order cut-off time).

How long before I can pick up my Click & Collect order?

Your Click & Collect order is usually ready to pick up within 3 hours of placing the order online on the Fone Haus website, providing your order is placed before 1pm (the same day Order cut-off time).

How will I know when my purchase is ready to be picked up?

You will receive a ‘ready to pick up’ email notification from Fone Haus.

Can I go to the store to pick up my Click & Collect order before I receive the confirmation?

To avoid disappointment, please wait for your “ready to pick up” email. This notification is sent when the specified Fone Haus store has packed your order and it’s ready for your collection.
Fone Haus is doing everything possible to ensure you have an express service, saving you time.

What do I do if I have not received a confirmation email for my Click & Collect order?

Simply call your selected Fone Haus store. Click HERE for contact details.

Where do I go to pick up my purchase?

Head to your selected Fone Haus location and look for the Click & Collect signage or speak to a Fone Haus team member.

How long do I have to pick up my purchase?

Once your purchase is available for pick-up your selected Fone Haus store will hold it for 21 days. Following this, your purchase from Fone Haus will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

What do I need to bring when I pick up my purchase?

Please bring the following:

*Your photo ID

*Your order confirmation number from Fone Haus Online

*The credit/debit card used for the transaction.

Can I send someone else to collect my purchase?

Yes, to safeguard your purchase, you are required to email the full name and contact number of the person collecting your purchase to the Fone Haus Online team at info@fonehaus.com.pg

The person collecting your purchase will be required to present the following at the selected Fone Haus store:

*Their photo ID

*The order confirmation number from Fone Haus Online.
